We developed this dredge valves unique which are very unique above all specialized valves in our manufacturing products.

The fluid of dredge valves is the muddy water mixed with sand, gravel and many other matters of a harbor river.
Therefore, the fuild flow part and valve seat are made to be worn and are made to be damaged.
And life cycle of derdge valves becomes quite short.
Moreover, there could be many operational problems so that the valve body inner part other than fuild flow is clogged by the muddy fluid with sand and gravel.
We developed the dredge valves which could settle all these problems.

■Prominent features

• The valve seat material is wear-resistant rubber.
  And the valve seat is located at both side of upper and lower stream side in the valve body.
  At valve full opening, two rubber seats are designed to contact tightly each other and to defend the deposition of the sand and the gravel to the valve body that came off the fuild flow part.
• Azuma Iron Works has design to provide the cleaning port and the discharging port by washing easily.
• The protector is located in the inside of a rubber valve seat to lengthen life.
• This protects and rubber seat is unified in a cartridge and can be inserted and can be taken out easily and promptly without removing from the pipes.
