43. Exhaust Gas Dumper
These valve are instaled in gas haeter, and these are used to control exhaust gas.
These are the 3-way rotary valves which was developed to solve the trouble that occurred frequently at valve of butterfly and gate at a stretch.
■Prominent features
- The 3-way rotary valve is designed to prevent the accident that depends on pressure change.
Furthermore, we let a bearing part go outside and established a radial ball bearing, and the operation became smooth.
- Between a packing box and stems, we establish a gap enough and prevent burning by thermal expansion and adhesion of dust.
- Azuma Iron Works has developed to coordinate easily a seat gap from the outside by gap adjustment mechanism.
